This is a great presentation of Jasmine Brown’s MS thesis work. I recommend that anyone interested in diversity in natural resources takes some time to watch her presentation. This is important work and I learned a lot. Congratulations Ms. Brown!
The Journal of forestry has published our paper based on a survey of 100 US Forest Service Research Scientists. Approximately half the survey respondents, and more women than men, indicated that they had experienced work-related discrimination or harassment.
