The National Silviculture Workshop Proceedings have been published by the US Forest Service! We have a nice paper that gives some background on tribal innovations and partnerships. It is an easy read for some excellent suggestions on how to build partnerships with tribes. It also has some background information on BIA Forestry, Great Lakes Indian Fish and Wildlife Commission, and Leech Lake tribal forestry.
